Gahanna has been a really neat doe to watch grow and show. She has
been so consistently good! She has a very laid back personality and is a
Gahanna scored a respectable VG85 as a yearling milker in 2010, but
only was getting started as she was just a few weeks fresh. A couple
weeks later, Gahanna placed 2nd in the Yearling Milker class with 2nd
udder at the 2010 ADGA Nationals. Paired with SGCH Moonlight, GCH
Atiana and GCH Always, they were the 1st place Dairy Herd and 1st
place Senior Get of Sire for the late, great SGCH +*B Lakeshore Farms
Star Status EX91 EEE who also was named the Premier Nubian Sire at
the 2010 & 2011 ADGA National Shows. Gahanna ended the year with
3x Reserve Grand wins as a yearling milker over does much older and
more mature (including her own competitive herdmates.) In 2011,
Gahanna finished her championship as a 2nd freshening 2 yr old and
was a tough competitor for our other 2 yr old Hoanbu EXOD Moon Dance
who also earned 2 unrestricted legs in 2011. Gahanna was 2nd place at
the ADGA National Show again in 2011, this time with a 1st place udder.
Gahanna is actually double Status if you look again at her pedigree. I've
tried Status on his granddaughters a couple of times, but I really like it
you can see why.
