Though Gemi went uneven at an early age due to a faulty milking
machine, she has still been a valuable brood doe, producing star
daughters and sons, 2 Superior Genetics daughters and one champion
daughter. Of those, Gemi's daughter SG Hoanbu Status Geminia
Gretchen 4*M by SGCH +*B Lakeshore-Farms Star Status EX91 EEE is
one such daughter. This is the same breeding that produced *B Hoanbu
Status Gawain, the highest seller at the 2006 Ohio Dairy Goat
Association's Buckeye Sale at $1,550.00. Gemi also is granddam to the
2nd place Milking Yearling at the 2010 ADGA Nationals, SGCH Hoanbu
Status Gillette Gahanna 6*M and the 8th pl 2 yr old and 15th pl 3 yr old at
Nationals, GCH Hoanbu EXOD Summer Glitz 6*M VG89.
Gemi is a daughter of GCH Hoanbu Tamoon Charm Galilea AI 2*M and
linebred on our doe GCH Hoanbu OJ Third Time's A Charm, the 2nd
place/1st udder 2 yr old at the 1997 National Show.
Gemi gave me a single buck in 2011, but unfortunately like so many of
the best ones, he died. I was going to keep him for my new junior
herdsire but it was not to be. I would soo love to have another kid of
Gemi's in the herd...
