beautiful swan neck, was long and deep bodied and well sprung in the
rib, deep and wide in the chest and possessed a very tightly attached
mammary. For Lea's size, we would have liked to see more udder
capacity and milk but we couldn't help but love everything she was.
Lea's mature daughter GCH Hoanbu Gold Lea Geminia 3*M appraised
EX91 as a 7 year old, while another Lea daughter Hoanbu Status
Galilea Galexia 3*M earned her star on a one-day milk test with 13# of
milk and 21.6 total points as a yearling.
Lea's full brother *B Hoanbu Tamoon Broad Stripes is in our tank and
semen is available for sale. His daughter GCH Hoanbu Stripes
Caravelle Misty 1*M VG89 remains in our herd and is an important part
of our breeding program.
Lea's age caught up to her and she passed away quickly and peacefully
on 4/25/07. She will live on in our herd as nearly every Nubian doe we
have is related. Her page will remain up for reference use.
