Meadow started out her show career with a bang easily earning her dry leg
so ended up sitting out the 09 year as a dry yearling to let other does make
it to the spotlight. Meadow is another correct doe by our Senior Herdsire
SGCH +*B Lakeshore-Farms Star Status 4-05 EX91 EEE. She is a full
sister to SGCH Moonlight. Though she has big hoofprints to follow,
Meadow is a beauty in her own right. Of course the blonde bombshell look
of their mother SGCH Misty is unmistakable. Meadow is a mild mannered
sweetheart just like this whole dam line.
Meadow's littermate brothers *B Hoanbu Status Symbol and *B Hoanbu
Status Seeker were chosen to be part of the ADGA Young Sire
Development Program. Their sibling SGCH Moonlight was the 1st pl/2nd
udder at the 2010 Nationals. Of note, these are full genetic siblings to
GCH Vegas.
Meadow didn't feel good at LA in 2010 as she was still recovering from a
brief illness. She still scored a respectable 86, but came on strong later in
the month as she was placed 7th in the 2 Yr Old class at the ADGA
Nationals. Paired with Moonlight, they were the 1st place Produce of Dam
at the National Show as well. Meadow has a very similar mammary to her
sister Moonlight. As a first freshener, Meadow peaked at around 11# a
day. Meadow earned a wet leg early in our 2011 show season so needs
only one more to finish.
We love Moonlight's daughter Twilight by Perfect Storm and can't wait to
get a Meadow x Perfect Storm daughter in our herd.
